Initiate a Return: To begin the return process, please ensure the doll is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Refund Process: Our refund process is simple and efficient. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be promptly transferred to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. For quick processing, we recommend providing visual evidence such as photos or videos showing any defects or damage for a quick resolution.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@anniee.shop to initiate the return process. Please provide the reason for return along with your order number.
  2. Wait for instructions on the return shipping address.
  3. Once we receive and verify your return (usually within 72 hours), you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds, if any, will be processed within 7 days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require an additional 3-5 business days to process.
